Certified Coin Advisors Inc. leased 2,000 square feet of office space at 1615 Ninth Ave. in Bohemia. Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Lmar LLC, in the lease transaction.


181-A East Industry Court, Deer Park

Culinary Technicians Corporation, a commercial building maintenance contractor specializing in HVAC and kitchen equipment, leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 181-A East Industry Court in Deer Park. Desmond Mullins of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Triangle Properties LLC, in the lease transaction.


251 Skidmore Road, Deer Park

Premier United Car Buyers LLC, an automobile wholesale company, leased 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 251 Skidmore Road in Deer Park. The company, which has a location in New Jersey, is expanding into the Long Island market. Desmond Mullins of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, 245-255 Skidmore Road LLC, in the lease transaction.

350 Walt Whitman Road, South Huntington

Street to Table, a restaurant with a menu inspired by street food from around the world, leased 2,688 square feet in the Huntington Shopping Center at 350 Walt Whitman Road in South Huntington. This will be the second Long Island location for Street to Table following its first on Merrick Road in Merrick. The new restaurant is expected to open this fall. Raj Whadwa of Global Realty Services represented the tenant, while Joe Byrnes served as in-house representative for the landlord, Federal Realty, in the lease transaction.


60 North Country Road, Port Jefferson

North Shore Professional Realty, a Port Jefferson-based commercial real estate investment group, purchased the 13,564-square-foot office building on .56 acres at 60 North Country Road in Port Jefferson for $2.725 million. The building, which was delivered vacant, was formerly occupied by several professional and medical tenants. The buyer plans to make extensive renovations to the property, transforming the building’s exterior, interior and grounds. The work will include new common areas, restrooms, systems and amenities and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year. The buyer was self-represented, while Marian Campi-Conde and Michael Corsello of NAI Long Island represented the seller, 60 Port Jeff LLC, in the sales transaction.

2160 Jericho Turnpike, Commack

Mohinder Singh, a franchisee of Dunkin Donuts and Pizza Hut restaurants, leased a 19,351-square-foot retail space at 2160 Jericho Turnpike in Commack, where he is building the new South Asian food market. The space was formerly occupied by an Ace Hardware store. The property is shared by a PetSmart store and an Applebee’s restaurant. The new food market is expected to open this spring. Robert Sharfstein of RPS Management represented the tenant, while Stu Fagen and Jimmy Aug of Sabre Real Estate Group represented the landlord, Toy Fields LLC, in the lease transaction.
