The law firm of Brian J. Levy & Associates is expanding with the purchase of an office property in Syosset.

The personal injury firm, which specializes in motor vehicle accident cases, bought the 13,500-square-foot building on .77 acres at 75 Jackson Ave. for $3.625 million.

The law firm formerly owned and occupied the 1,600-square-foot office building nearby at 303 Jackson Ave., which it sold to real estate brokerage and developer SRG Residential in June.

The buyer is investing in extensive renovations to its new Syosset digs, which was formerly occupied by multiple office tenants, and will now be home to about 30 attorneys and support staff.

“We moved into Syosset at 303 Jackson about seven years ago and we have seen a lot of need for our services,” said Brian Levy, whose firm also has office in the Bronx. “As a result of our increased business and our desire to remain in the Syosset area, we were fortunate to purchase this new property, which allows for continued growth and future expansion.”
