A 19-year-old man was found dead in Queens Tuesday night between the cars of a northbound E train, according to police.
Cops found the teen unconscious, unresponsive and bleeding from the head around 9 p.m. while the train was stopped at the Sutphin Boulevard/Archer Avenue station in Jamaica.
First responders took him to Jamaica Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
NYPD officials do not suspect criminality in the teen’s death, and said his injuries were indicative of being hit by something on the moving train.
It’s unclear why he was riding between the cars.
The Medical Examiner is working to determine how exactly the teen died. Police said Wednesday morning that the incident was still under investigation.
The teen’s name has not yet been released as officials notify his family.
The MTA did not immediately provide a statement on the incident.
