Tom Sandoval’s mystery woman has been identified.
The brunette beauty seen hanging out with the embattled “Vanderpump Rules” star at the Fleur Room in West Hollywood, Calif., Saturday night is an aspiring musician named Tii.
The self-described “island girl” is a December Capricorn and appears to hail from Hawaii, but she seems to spend most of her time in Los Angeles.
Though she and Sandoval were snapped leaving the posh cocktail lounge together in his car, Tii’s latest song tells the story of a single girl who has “no man.”
In “Situationship,” which dropped Friday, she sings, “So I’mma walk like I have no man / I’mma flirt like I have no man / I’mma play around with all your friends / And you got no right to be mad, yeah / No man, I ain’t got no man.”
Ahead of the track’s release, Tii urged her “ladies” to “get excited for your summer song,” adding, “I will be inspiring your sassiest self ✨👏🏼💖.”
Her “first ever live set in LA” took place in June, followed by “another live performance” in July.
She released her “first music video” in May for a single titled “Played” and her musical “idol” is R&B songstress Summer Walker.
Tii appears to have known exactly what she was doing by getting photographed with Sandoval, 41, on the heels of Scandoval: his highly publicized affair.
“Understood the assignment ✨🖤,” the vocalist captioned two glam shots posted the day after their outing made headlines.
“Cmon mystery girl 😉,” her friend, a podcaster, commented beneath the upload, to which she replied, “oop 👀.”

Though Tii and Sandoval do not follow each other, she and his suspiciously close pal, Billie Lee, do.
Neither Tii nor Sandoval has responded to Page Six’s request for comment.
The Bravolebrity’s months-long dalliance with co-star Raquel Leviss was exposed in March, at which point his long-term girlfriend, Ariana Madix, dumped him.
Meanwhile, Leviss has yet to return to “Pump Rules” Season 11, which is currently filming, after reportedly checking out of the mental health facility she called home from April to July.
